Ann-Kristin Lochmann advises clients on aspects of national and international tax law. She focuses on tax advice to strategic investors, financial investors, start-ups and founders in connection with private equity-, venture capital- and M&A-transactions as well as on (cross-border) corporate restructurings. Ann-Kristin also has extensive experience in the area of employee participation programs, W&I insurances and so-called "post-deal tax integration".

Ann-Kristin studied business and tax law in Osnabrück and was admitted as a tax advisor in early 2014 and as a specialist advisor for international tax law in late 2021. Prior to joining Osborne Clarke in October 2023, Ann-Kristin worked for PwC in Deals Tax (2011 - 2020) and the law and tax firm YPOG and its predecessor Schnittker Möllmann Partners as Associated Partner Tax (2020 - 2023).

Ann-Kristin is involved in the WIN network ("Women of International Fiscal Association Network") and regularly publishes on transaction tax topics.
