Osborne Clarke’s Luxembourg office will provide clients with on‑the‑ground advice in one of Europe's most strategically important jurisdictions.
Luxembourg has seen spectacular growth as a funds centre and now hosts trillions of euros in assets under management, attracting private equity, private credit and other alternative investment strategies from around the globe. It is a key hub for cross‑border investment, financing and complex group structuring, making it a natural fit for Osborne Clarke’s international client base.
Luxembourg is also a major centre for financial institutions, including payment and electronic money institutions, and is building a credible position in tokenised funds and securities and digital finance more broadly. The office is led by Co‑Managing Partners Anne‑Gaelle Delabye, who heads our Investment Funds and Regulatory group, and Gerard Maitrejean, who leads our Corporate and M&A group.
