Anne-Sophie Lliteras

Anne-Sophie Lliteras is a Counsel in Osborne Clarke's Investment Funds and Regulatory team in Luxembourg. She advises on the structuring, operation and reorganisation of both regulated and unregulated investment vehicles, including UCITS, AIFs, RAIFs and broader alternative investment platforms.

Her practice includes the creation and maintenance of unregulated fund structures, such as RAIFs and bespoke alternative investment vehicles, supporting sponsors throughout the full lifecycle of their projects. She regularly advises on structures pursuing private equity, private debt, infrastructure, real estate and other private markets strategies.

She also advises on regulated fund structures and financial sector licensing matters, including the establishment and ongoing operation of management companies, AIFMs and other regulated entities. Her work covers regulatory filings, governance matters, cross-border reorganisations and negotiations with service providers. She provides clear and pragmatic support, translating complex regulatory requirements into practical, business-oriented solutions for asset managers and institutional investors.

Her experience includes advising on continuation fund formations and contributing to regulatory analysis on evolving EU and Luxembourg frameworks. She has also held senior legal counsel positions within both French and Swiss asset management firms, where she worked closely with investment, risk and compliance teams on the structuring and operation of alternative investment strategies. These roles provided her with hands on insight into operational processes, regulatory expectations and the strategic priorities of investment managers across different jurisdictions.

Anne-Sophie's practice focuses on the legal and regulatory aspects of investment fund structures and asset management activities. She advises on the design and development of investment platforms, governance and regulatory matters, and strategic restructuring projects. Drawing on experience gained both in private practice and within asset management organisations, Anne-Sophie combines technical regulatory expertise with a strong understanding of the commercial considerations shaping the investment funds industry.

Anne-Sophie began her career in the investment funds team of a leading Luxembourg law firm, advising a wide range of clients from emerging managers to global financial institutions. She is admitted to the Paris Bar (2010) and the Luxembourg Bar (2014). She holds a Master II in International Business Law from Paris V René Descartes University and an Advanced Master in International Business Law and Management from ESSEC Business School. She works in French and English. She has been recognised as a key lawyer in Legal 500 EMEA in 2026.
