Our process
Stage 1
Candidates check available vacancies and complete the application.
Stage 2
Our Recruitment Department analyses the applications and contacts selected applicants. This first conversation is a brief phone interview.
Stage 3
We arrange one to two interviews with selected applicants, attended by a lawyer and/or a partner of the recruiting team and a representative of the HR Department.
Stage 4
During recruitment, we may ask you to solve tests and tasks to examine your skills in a more practical way.
Stage 5
We present an offer, and once it has been accepted, we prepare to start working together. We know how important a proper induction process is, so onboarding is the first step. Every new joiner is taken care of by a designated "buddy” who will help support first weeks. From now on, this company will also be your new partner.
