Everything you ever wanted to know about working with Osborne Clarke Poland
The recruitment process varies depending on the position you are opting for. At the very beginning of the process, a recruiter assesses the qualifications and competencies of candidates related to the requirements of the desired role. If the candidate successfully passes this stage of the application, the recruiter will reach out by phone to check the motivation of the candidate. The recruiter will then invite the candidate to an in-person meeting were the current representative of the department might be present. At the very end of the recruitment process, feedback is given to the candidate.
After sending us your CV via the application form, you will receive a feedback e-mail confirming receipt of your application.
We work 40 hour per week with flexible hours. You can start work anytime between 7.30 and 11.00
Communication in our company is usually in Polish and English.
At Osborne Clarke, you can flexibly choose the form of employment – contract for a job or a B2B contract. In some cases (e.g. if you are a student) a form of a mandate contract is also possible.
By default, the waiting time for feedback in Osborne Clarke is up to two weeks, but very often feedback appears come much earlier.
The applicable dress code is smart casual or business casual. You can decide what you prefer.
