Nicolas is a partner in Osborne Clarke’s banking and finance team, based in Luxembourg. He has 20 years' experience acting both lender and borrower side on multijurisdictional transactions.
Nicolas specialises in real estate finance, corporate lending and fund finance across a number of sectors. His experience also includes cross-border acquisition finance, asset-based lending, leverage finance and security arrangements, restructuring and refinancing.
Before joining Osborne Clarke, Nicolas worked in a number of local and international / magic circle law firms based in Luxembourg and was the head of legal of a local trust company.
