  2. Data-driven business models: the role of legal teams in delivering success

We partnered with European Company Lawyers Association (ECLA) to produce a report exploring the challenges and opportunities associated with new data-driven business models.

With 62% of businesses surveyed across Europe offering data-driven products or services, and a further 27% planning to do so in the near future, is your business leading the way or lagging behind?

Data-driven business models (DDBMs) are central to the worldwide digital economy and an increasing number of organisations have utilised them within their businesses. However, with accelerating digitalisation come increasing legal challenges.

The detailed report includes results from a survey of over 400 general counsel across Europe and a range of industry sectors. In addition, the report provides legal insight, inspiration and practical solutions for managing DDBMs.

ECLA is an umbrella association for 22 national company lawyers' associations, representing 68,000 GC and company lawyers across Europe.
