Joanne Zaaijer

Joanne is Partner at Osborne Clarke Netherlands. She specialises in Privacy and Data Protection law, Telecoms law and e-Commerce law. 

Joanne advises clients on a wide array of privacy related matters, including cross-border transfers of personal data, the implementation of privacy policies, GDPR compliance programmes and audits, data retention and security issues, as well as on telecoms-related legal and regulatory aspects and matters relating to direct marketing, profiling, e-commerce and advertising. She also assists clients during administrative proceedings, investigations by competent authorities and the handling of data breaches.
