Olgierd specialises in M&A and technology transactions. He combines multidisciplinary skills and legal knowledge regarding project finance, project management and cyber security to deliver business-oriented solutions to domestic and international clients.
Olgierd advises on mergers and acquisitions, data privacy, digital transformation, cyber security, and technology development. He focuses primarily on technology transactions and transfers, fundraising and financing, joint ventures, technology procurement, outsourcing, and advising on data protection, and the regulatory aspects of digital business.
He has significant experience in advising on M&A and technology transactions to entities operating in various sectors ranging from IT, to oil and gas, transportation, financial services, life sciences – to name a few.
As a certificated Project Manager, he assists his clients in preparing and implementing comprehensive business and go-to market strategies, combining his legal expertise with an in-depth understanding of market dynamics.
For his achievements as Accor’s General Counsel, he was nominated to the “European In-House lawyer of the year” award by The Lawyer Magazine.
Olgierd Świerzewski has led on a slew of mission-critical acquisitions across Central and Eastern Europe.
