Alex focuses on M&A, private equity transactions, management incentivisation and other corporate matters for multinational corporates, private equity sponsors and other financial investors in transactions across a range of sectors.
He has advised founders, management teams, companies and institutional investors on all aspects of the private equity market, including venture and growth capital transactions, private equity buy-outs, bolt-on acquisitions and exits.
Prior to joining Osborne Clarke in 2019, Alex trained at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP before qualifying into their private equity group. Alex has also spent 6 months on secondment to the in-house legal team of a leading international private equity fund.
