International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised the management team of Pioneer Underwriting on the sale of four of its underwriting divisions to K2 Insurance Services, the California-based speciality insurance services holding company.
The transaction, which completed on 29 May 2020, will see Pioneer’s ongoing underwriting portfolio, together with its underwriting and support staff, transfer to K2 Insurance Services.
