Will is a Partner in the Commercial team specialising in technology and privacy.
He works for major UK and international institutions with particular experience in IT outsourcing and procuring IT services and systems for clients.
Much of Will’s work is in the Retail sector where he has acted for a number of household names on a variety of commercial, IT and privacy matters. With the ever evolving world of omni channel retailing, Will has spent considerable time advising clients on their cross channels offerings and negotiating contracts in support of that.
With privacy, Will regularly advises on cross border data transfers and also general compliance. Will’s particular focus on data is working with businesses to understand how they can harness the ability to use and exploit data – either for business benefit or financial gain.
