Osborne Clarke advises 1E and its management team on Carlyle acquisition

International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised the management team of 1E Limited, a leader in Unified eXperience Management (UXM), on the acquisition of a majority stake in the company by The Carlyle Group (NASDAQ: CG), a global investment firm.

1E is a leading  innovator in endpoint management and supports the “work from anywhere enterprise” so employees can be secure, empowered, and productive wherever they want to be. The 1E Tachyon Platform provides real-time diagnosis, remediation and automation that fixes issues fast and without interruption providing critical infrastructure for many businesses shifting to hybrid ways of working.
