Elizabeth Shanahan

Elizabeth is an Associate Director in our corporate tax team. She joined Osborne Clarke in January 2015 having previously worked in a leading international law firm.
She has experience advising on a broad range of corporate and business tax issues, including domestic and cross-border property investment structures, VAT and stamp duty issues, M&A transactions, FATCA and other cross-border tax information exchange regimes, securitisations and finance transactions, group reorganisations and international tax structuring.
