Elizabeth is a Legal Director in our Tax Group with a broad practice in UK and cross-border tax issues.
Her work covers standalone tax advisory work and structuring advice, as well as transactional work.
She advises on a broad range of corporate and business tax issues, including fund structures, domestic and cross-border property investment, VAT and stamp duty issues, FATCA and other cross-border tax information exchange and reporting regimes, securitisations and finance transactions, group reorganisations and international tax structuring.
She is particularly recognised for her work acting for fund managers and institutional investors in connection with investment funds, and has been recognised by Legal 500 as a Rising Star.
Elizabeth is a Chartered Tax Adviser.

Osborne Clarke advised Equitix, the investor, developer and long-term fund manager, and EQUANS (the services-led activities of Engie UK & Ireland) on contracts worth over £100 million for a state-of-the-art, low carbon student accommodation and regeneration scheme to design, build, fund, manage and operate the project for University of Birmingham.
Regency Purchasing Group
Osborne Clarke has advised Foodbuy Europe Limited, part of the publicly listed Compass Group PLC ("Compass"), the world’s largest food and support services business, on its acquisition of Regency Purchasing Group.
Barwood Capital
Osborne Clarke advised Barwood Capital, the Northampton-based UK regional investment and development specialist, on the first institutional close of its latest Regional Property Growth Fund, which is targeting equity investment of £100 million, with a hard cap at £150 million.
