Alistair Francis

Alistair is a corporate partner in the London office of Osborne Clarke.

As head of the Corporate team, he leads a senior-led, relationship-driven practice aligned with Osborne Clarke’s corporate strategy of relationships and ownership – ensuring that partners stay close to the detail and clients receive decisive, commercially-focused advice delivered with pace and cohesion.

He advises on UK and international mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, working alongside financial sponsors, vendors and management teams across many sectors, including technology, retail and consumer, healthcare, industrials, media and entertainment.

In 2023, Alistair was recognised by MergerLinks in its "Rising Stars: Top UK Private Equity Lawyers" list. In 2020, he was named as one of Legal Week's 25 Private Equity Rising Stars, praised for his high-profile transaction work and outstanding client support.
