Ed is an Associate in the Employment team at Osborne Clarke.
Ed advises on a wide range of employment matters including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, disciplinary and grievance issues, TUPE and HR policy.
Ed drafts and negotiates employment documentation such as contracts, policies and settlement agreements and provides advice on the employment law issues that arise from corporate transactions (including investments and share sales). He also manages cases in the Employment Tribunal.
Ed works with a broad range of clients, in particular in the Retail and Consumer and Tech, Media and Comms sectors.
Ed qualified in 2020 having joined Osborne Clarke as a trainee solicitor in 2018. Ed is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
