Will is an Associate Director in our private equity team, and advises financial sponsors, management teams and portfolio companies on a range of transactions, including management buy-outs, exits, executing buy and build strategies, management equity incentive arrangements,  group and debt restructures, and other general corporate matters.  

Will leads the Osborne Clarke Portfolio Group, a cross-discipline group of expert lawyers experienced in supporting investors and management teams realise the potential of their investments on exit, through a combination of strategic value add projects, minimising legal and regulatory risk, and business as usual matters.

Will is a core member of the Mobility and Infrastructure and Urban Mobility.
