Verity is a commercial lawyer with particular interest in the Technology, Media and Entertainment sector, providing commercial and pragmatic advice on a range of issues, including: advertising & sponsorship, broadcasting and digital regulatory issues and consumer, e-commerce and privacy law compliance.
She has experience coordinating large-scale, international projects for some of the firm's largest clients as well as helping clients develop, launch and operate consumer-facing digital products. Verity also spent 3 months on secondment to Discovery where she helped the legal, product and deal teams with commercial and regulatory issues relating to Discovery's D2C services.
Verity has advised world-leading multinationals and some of Silicon Valley's newest and most innovative companies. She particularly enjoys advising clients on how new tech products are impacted by existing and evolving legal frameworks.
Based in London, Verity trained with Osborne Clarke and qualified in 2019.
