Kate is an Associate Director in Osborne Clarke's equity capital markets team. Kate is an experienced corporate lawyer whose practice is focused on equity capital markets, corporate finance transactions and corporate governance.
Kate works across several sectors but has particular experience in the Financial Services sector, as well as Tech, Media and Comms. She works with high profile clients, including listed clients, institutions, corporate finance houses and private companies, both nationally and internationally.
Kate has extensive experience advising on IPOs and secondary listings for AIM and Main Market companies on the London Stock Exchange as well as advising on public takeovers and private M&A. Kate also specialises in providing corporate governance advice, as well as advising on other general corporate law matters.
