Helping you succeed in tomorrow's world
ESG (environmental, social, governance) is at the top of boardroom agendas across all sectors. It is critical for companies to understand and develop a strategy in relation to ESG and to ensure that their organisations are adopting strong and sustainable governance practices. I am part of Osborne Clarke's multi-disciplinary ESG team, focusing on advising companies on their governance arrangements. I help clients set up, review and implement governance structures and advise on their corporate governance compliance and reporting obligations.
