International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Next Fifteen Communications Group plc, the tech and data-driven growth consultancy, on its successful and over-subscribed £50 million placing.

Next 15 will use the net proceeds of the placing to part-fund the acquisition and associated costs of Engine Acquisition Limited, a broad-based digital transformation, communications and creative business. 
The placing has raised approximately £50 million, before expenses.  

Numis Securities Limited acted as Nomad, Joint Broker and Joint Bookrunner and Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG acted as Joint Broker and Joint Bookrunner in connection with the placing.
