International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Panmure Gordon (UK) Limited on the successful £20 million equity fundraising for Gulf Marine Services plc (GMS). GMS is a leading provider of advanced self-propelled self-elevating support vessels which serves the oil, gas and renewable energy industries in the Middle-East and is listed on the premium listing segment of the Official List.

GMS has conditionally raised £20 million (before expenses) through a placing and open offer to reduce its indebtedness which, the board believes, will create a positive platform on which the future development and growth of the business can be based.

Panmure Gordon acted as sole sponsor, sole global co-ordinator and joint bookrunner in connection with the fundraising.
