Frauke Tepe, LL.M. (Edinburgh)

Frauke Tepe, LL.M. (Edinburgh) advises clients mainly in the area of information technology contract law and outsourcing.

Her focus lies especially on the deployment of external personnel in IT projects as well as software licensing and the use of artificial intelligence.

Prior to joining Osborne Clarke as an associate, Frauke studied law in Cologne and Moscow. Following her German law studies, she completed a Master of Laws in Innovation, Technology and the Law at the University of Edinburgh. During her legal clerkship, Frauke worked in data protection law in an international law firm as well as the legal department of a multinational technology company with focus on online business.

Frauke joined Osborne Clarke as an associate in 2023.
