The theme for this year's International Women’s Day is #BalanceForBetter. So to play our part in redressing the balance, we are quite literally putting women first.

On Friday 8 March 2019, whenever you search for a lawyer you will see female lawyers first in the results – whatever the location, sector, service or position. A promotional filter has also been added to the website, where visitors can view all female Partners and lawyers who work at Osborne Clarke.

"Achieving greater gender balance at all levels within our business is important to Osborne Clarke and our clients" says Osborne Clarke’s International CEO Simon Beswick. "Across our international network we're focused on recognising, rewarding and promoting people and behaviours that foster a more balanced culture and team."

"Positive cultural factors have made a significant impact in helping us achieve our strategy, deliver on client promises and ensure the ultimate success of our company for years to come." added Beswick.

We are also holding a range of celebration events across our 25 international offices to honor International Women’s Day.
