Dr Andrea Schmoll joins Osborne Clarke as a commercial IP Partner from Baker & McKenzie, where she has been for 12 years.
Andrea has advised national and international clients, with a focus on commercialisation of intellectual property rights, know-how in R&D, licensing and collaboration agreements. She advises and represents companies in the fields of Life Science & Health Care, Fashion and R&A. She also has extensive experience in IP legal advice in corporate transactions.
Andrea is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property & Copyright (GRUR), the Licensing Executives Society (LES) and German-Chinese Lawyers Association (DCJV).
