Lanzavecchia is an experienced lawyer in M&A and Private Equity deals. He has developed consolidated experience in turnarounds, corporate and debt restructurings as well as in the management of insolvency proceedings.
He regularly advises clients from multinationals, private equity funds and national and international businesses with guidance on complex transactions such as sales and acquisitions of companies/branches of business, mergers, buyouts, investments, joint ventures and commercial advice.
For the last eighteen years Lanzavecchia worked at NCTM Studio Legale where he was the M&A and Private Equity Department Coordinator in 2012 and 2013.
