Tristan Capital Partners, a Real Estate company based in London, through the EPIO 3 fund has acquired from the French company Altarea Cogedim the companies owning four shopping centers, Le Due Valli and La Cittadella in Piedmont, Casetta Mattei in Rome and Ibleo in Sicily. The value of the transaction amounted to 122 million euro. Pradera was appointed for the asset management of the portfolio on behalf of Tristan, which assisted the English Company throughout the entire process of selection and acquisition of the portfolio.
