International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised the management team of multi-platform international media group, Dennis Publishing ("Dennis"), on its acquisition by Exponent.   

Dennis is a leading consumer media and e-commerce organisation, based in London and New York. Across all its brands it reaches over 50 million readers and sells over 2.5 million magazines every month.
