Banti boasts significant experience in insolvency questions , contentious and otherwise. In particular, he assists the top managers of corporate groups, both commercial and industry, on the various aspects arising from situations of financial crises, and in the management of procedures and strategies for corporate restructuring. He has also accrued significant expertise in litigation concerning questions of financial intermediation and insurance, also with reference to the fiduciary matters. He acts for companies and mutual aid societies operating in the health sector.

Federico graduated in 1999, summa cum laude, from the LUISS University in Rome and has been a member of the Milan Bar since 2002. Before joining Osborne Clarke was a partner in a leading Italian law firm.
