Rav Sagar

Rav is a senior associate in the corporate team and has experience of advising clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, equity capital markets and public company takeovers. 

Rav's practice focuses on M&A and investment work within the Tech, Media and Comms sector, particularly advising management teams, corporates and trade buyers. Rav regularly acts on cross-border transactions in the Media and Technology space – including advising on US investments in the UK from a buy and sell-side perspective.

Rav has always been on top of things and worked tirelessly to provide us with practical solutions. We really enjoyed working alongside him as he has been responsive around the clock, efficient and hands-on.
