International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised the shareholders of Uncovered Limited, a leading social-first creative agency, on its sale to LBG Media.

Osborne Clarke’s corporate team is recognised for its work in digital media, marketing services and the wider consumer internet sector, advising founders, management teams and investors on strategic M&A and growth transactions. This transaction further adds to the firm’s experience in the TMT sector, particularly across emerging social platforms.

Founded in 2017, Uncovered has established itself as one of the UK's leading social-first creative agencies, serving a portfolio of retained clients including Tesco, KFC, Nationwide, Rightmove, Pladis and ClearScore. The agency specialises in social media strategy, creative development, content production, creator partnerships and social media management, with a strong track record of delivering measurable brand growth for its clients.

This deal is a great example of our work at the intersection of digital media and the creator economy. Our experience with founder exits and rollover structures in fast-growing content businesses enabled us to help the Uncovered team deliver a strong outcome while positioning the business for its next phase of growth with LBG Media.
