Natalie advises on the design and implementation of employee incentives arrangements for public and private companies, including tax-advantaged and non tax-advantaged share schemes for all employees, as well as assisting with executive remuneration packages.
She works closely with the Corporate team, advising on the incentives aspects of transactions.
Natalie is a member of the Share Plan Lawyers organisation.
Natalie joined the firm in September 2018, and qualified into the Incentives team in September 2020.
