Jonathan Crowley

Jonathan Crowley is a partner at Osborne Clarke's London office.

He joined Osborne Clarke in 2016 as a senior associate, and became a partner in 2022. He leads a 'partner first', relationship-driven and sector-focused practice aligned with his clients' strategic objectives.

Jonathan works on a broad range of corporate transactions, and has particular experience in advising on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other general corporate matters in the Technology, Media and Communications sector. He helps clients to realise value and navigate complex issues which are not always part of their 'day-to-day business as usual'.

He combines strong core corporate capability, sector fluency and an ability to adapt quickly in complex and evolving market conditions.

Jonathan stays close to the detail to ensure clients get decisive, commercially-focused advice delivered with pace and cohesion.
