Osborne Clarke advises Bladonmore on sale to Headland

International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised on the sale of international digital, brand and content business Bladonmore Ltd to Headland, the reputation and communications consultancy, backed by LDC.
Bladonmore advises listed businesses, multinationals and private capital firms across the US, UK, Europe and the Middle East on their engagement of stakeholders across digital, content, coaching, campaigns and wider advisory services.
This acquisition allows Headland to broaden its offering across a range of markets, helping clients navigate the constantly evolving media and digital landscape.
The Osborne Clarke team was led by corporate partner Jonathan Crowley, supported by Rav Sagar (associate director) and Courtney Fowler (associate), alongside colleagues from tax (partner Mathew Oliver and senior associate Ben Doeh), incentives (partner Anika Chandra and senior associate Natalie Paddock) and employment (senior associate Siobhan Murphy).
