Osborne Clarke has advised the shareholders of Stella Enterprises Ltd who have sold their business, Kennedy, to The Independents, a global creative agency.

Kennedy specialises in strategic consulting for brands, working with a number of major fashion labels, including Miu Miu, Valentino, Marni and Prada on pop-ups like Prada Mode, which the brand describes as a “travelling social club”. The agency, which was founded by Jan Kennedy in 2000, is based in London, but has a global reach across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
