Osborne Clarke has advised the shareholders of Stella Enterprises Ltd who have sold their business, Kennedy, to The Independents, a global creative agency.

The agency, which was founded by Jan Kennedy in 2000, is based in London, but has a global reach across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
