International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Social Element, a leading global social media agency, on its acquisition by MarketFully, the global leader in InContent Marketing.

This strategic transaction will see Social Element join MarketFully's expanding platform, combining its social media community management and engagement services with MarketFully's AI-driven multilingual content capabilities. This deal marks a significant step in the consolidation of the global marketing sector.
