Rachel is a Paralegal in the Corporate/M&A team at Osborne Clarke. After completing a law degree, and Master's degree specialising in strategy, security and defence policy, she is now specialised in corporate law.

She is in charge of the corporate housekeeping of a portfolio of companies for French and international clients.
