Maximilian advises funds, investors, corporates and start-ups on all matters of corporate law, from incorporation to financings to exit opportunities, including digital/tech M&A.

Maximilian is experienced in various corporate transactions, particularly M&A, joint ventures and Venture Capital. He specialises in representing both companies and investors who are forming, scaling and investing in emerging growth companies and start-ups through the company’s life cycle: From the initial structuring of formation to exit and all types of equity, debt and mezzanine financings and general corporate advisory in between. His primary focus is on the digital business and financial services sector (FinTech).

Maximilian studied law at the University of Heidelberg and Durham (LL.B.). Before joining Osborne Clarke, he worked with several law firms, most recently as legal counsel with a German law firm specialized in venture capital and M&A transactions.
