Osborne Clarke advises Redstone on EUR 25 million Series B financing round of Orus

Osborne Clarke has advised Redstone on its investment in the insurance startup Orus as part of a EUR 25 million Series B financing round.
Orus, founded in 2021 by Côme Dartiguenave (CEO), Tom Le Bras (COO), and Samuel Rossille (CTO) in Paris, offers small and medium-sized businesses a comprehensive range of tailored online insurance products. The company leverages technology to provide simple, and transparent insurance solutions tailored precisely to the needs of small businesses.
The startup has now successfully completed a series b financing round of EUR 25 million. In addition to existing investors Redstone and Notion Capital, Singular also participated, leading the round. With the newly acquired capital, Orus aims to fuel international roll-out, beginning with Spain, and the launch of a new broker platform.
