Marine joined Osborne Clarke Paris’ office in 2022 and specializes in corporate, civil and commercial litigation, which notably includes cross-border disputes.
She had also the opportunity to collaborate in ad hoc and ICC arbitration.
She advises national and international clients in pre-litigation and litigation cases before civil, commercial and criminal courts (shareholder disputes, directors' liability, termination of established commercial relationships, unfair competition).
Prior joining Osborne Clarke, Marine worked as an associate in a French law firm with a recognized practice in business litigation.
