Laurie Hautekeer is a member of the Built Environment team in Brussels.
She specialises in real estate law. Laurie assists clients in all domains of real estate law, both on the administrative and regulatory level (urban planning, environmental law, soil pollution, heritage protection, and real estate taxation) and on the private level (real estate transactions, lease agreements, rights in rem, co-ownership, construction). She also advises on issues related to energy, as well as to public procurement.
Before joining Osborne Clarke in 2023, Laurie worked in a boutique firm specialised in real estate law and in the real estate department of a magic circle law firm.
