Fabio advises national and international clients on regulatory matters concerning pharmaceutical products, medical devices and food supplements with respect to the authorisation, production and marketing phases.
He also advises on matters related to clinical trials, with a specific focus on decentralised clinical trials. He is also part of the regulatory litigation team with a focus on administrative proceedings concerning pharmaceutical products, market access and regulatory issues.
His practice also extends to commercial law and environmental law, and Fabio has also gained experience advising on real estate agreements and matters.
