Martin Weiß advises national and international companies in the Tech, Media and Comms and Retail sector on IT contract law, e-commerce law, copyright law and data protection law.

He focusses on the intersection of technical and legal issues as well as the implementation of digital strategies.

Martin studied law in Regensburg, with a focus on data protection and European law. After completing his legal traineeship at the Regional Court of Regensburg Martin joined Osborne Clarke in August 2023.
