Chloe is a Senior Associate in the Commercial team and based in the London office.
She primarily advises clients in the Tech, Media and Comms sector on a broad range of media and technology issues, including advertising regulation, e-commerce and consumer protection regulation, data protection and privacy, interactive entertainment, gambling, intellectual property and general commercial agreements.
Chloe trained at Osborne Clarke and qualified in September 2015.
She is a regular contributor to the firm’s marketinglaw blog and has been published externally in a know-how resource for lawyers.
Chloe has also undertaken a secondment to a major internet company, providing advice on advertising agreements with agencies and advertisers, ad tech and digital media content and products.
