Barbara is an Associate in the Technology Innovation and Media team of Osborne Clarke’s Paris office.

She advises French and international clients on consultancy and litigation issues relating to several digital projects (IT contracts, e-commerce, online games, marketing, etc.), the protection and use of intellectual property rights, the protection, security and international transfers of personal data (training, compliance, controls, litigation, French, European and Moroccan law).

More specifically, Barbara has worked with several major players in the healthcare sector on a wide range of commercial and litigation issues (both IT and data). More generally, she is also involved in commercial and contract law issues.

Prior to joining Osborne Clarke in December 2022, Barbara previously practiced within a leading French law firm specializing in technology and data law, and with the Parisian IT/Data team of an international business law firm.

Barbara holds a Master 1 in Business Law and a Master 1 in Judicial Careers & Criminal Sciences from the Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris II), as well as a Master 2 in Digital Business Law (Paris V Descartes).
