Aleksandra joined Osborne Clark in December 2023, trainee advocate, she provides employment law advice.
Aleksandra has experience in litigation and employment law matters. Initially she worked in the field of banking, then on-going advice on individual employment law.
Aleksandra has advised on labour law amendments coming into force (remote working, work life balance, whistleblowers), assisted employers with the drafting of bylaws and other documents/agreements relating to employment issues, and prepared pleadings.
