International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised the shareholders of TB Resorts Ltd on the sale of luxury Hotel and Spa, Treasure Beach Hotel & Spa, which is located on the West coast of Barbados for an undisclosed sum.

Situated on the “Platinum Mile”, the most prestigious stretch of the beautiful sandy beach coastline in Barbados, Treasure Beach Hotel & Spa is a 35 room luxury hotel.

The Purchaser is a wholly owned subsidiary of Elegant Hotels Group PLC the AIM listed owner and operator of six upscale freehold hotels and a beachfront restaurant on the island of Barbados. The acquisition will mean that four of Elegant Hotels’ properties will account for a continuous 300 metre stretch of the prestigious west coast of Barbados.

TB Resorts is controlled by former MG Rover Sales and Marketing Director, Professor Kevin Morley who is a long standing and valued client, which Osborne Clarke key client Partner Mark Spinner has advised for the past thirty years.
