Jonathan King is a partner at Osborne Clarke's London office and head of the Equity Capital Markets practice, leading a growing team of expert Corporate lawyers.
He focuses on advising public companies and investment banks on corporate finance and capital markets transactions.
He heads a senior-led, relationship-driven practice. He has led some of the firm’s most high-profile corporate finance transactions, often working on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters.
With more than 30 years' experience, he brings renowned knowledge and deep expertise to his clients, delivering commercially-focused advice with pace and cohesion. During his career, Jonathan has advised on more than 60 IPOs, over 70 public company takeovers (recommended, hostile and competitive) and numerous secondary offerings.
He is widely recognised by industry bodies for his expertise, ranking in Band 1 by Chambers for Capital Markets: AIM for 17 years and as a 'Hall of Fame' lawyer by Legal 500 for Equity Capital Markets: Small-Mid Cap.
