Osborne Clarke advises Raymond James Financial International on VertiGIS Ltd's £87.1m deal for UK AIM listed 1Spatial plc

International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Raymond James Financial International in its capacity as financial adviser to VertiGIS Ltd on its £87.1 million recommended cash offer for UK AIM quoted 1Spatial plc.
1Spatial is a leader in delivering Location Master Data Management (LMDM) software and services solutions, while VertiGIS Ltd, backed by Battery, is a leading spatial asset management and Geographic Information System (GIS) solutions provider and software developer for professionals in utility, government, telecommunications and infrastructure organisations.
The acquisition represents an opportunity for VertiGIS to continue to build leading global GIS enabled software and services solutions, by combining its spatial asset management and GIS solutions with 1Spatial's LMDM software and services. The acquisition is expected to complete in the first half of 2026.
