Osborne Clarke advises BCC Banca Iccrea in the pool lending granted to Gruppo Fininc

Osborne Clarke advised BCC Banca Iccrea, acting as agent bank and lending bank, Banca d'Alba, BCC Alpi Marittime, ViviBanca S.p.A., and Banca Cassa di Risparmio di Savigliano S.p.A., acting as lending banks, in connection with a syndicated mortgage loan facility granted to Fininc S.p.A. and Inc S.p.A. to support the general financial needs of the Fininc Group, among the leading international investors and players in major infrastructure projects.

Osborne Clarke provided assistance to the pool of lending banks on administrative, banking, and financial law matters, particularly in relation to the drafting, negotiation, and finalisation of the loan agreement and the related financial and security documentation, with a team led by partners Giorgio Lezzi, Head of Public Law & Infrastructure, and Andrea Pinto, Head of Financial Services, assisted by associate Ugo Marchionne.
